I always approach trading cars with trepidation and dread. Tony at Auto Works recently advertised two low mileage used vehicles that interested me. He exhibited great patience in letting me try out both, go for a second demo drive a few days later in one of them, and throughout the process was low key so that I never felt pressured to make a deal. I ultimately purchased one of the two, and even though I bought it “as is/no warranty”, Tony resolved a shimmy problem at interstate speeds that I had not noticed on the demo drives and that the dealer for that brand was unable to cure for me. Without my asking, Tony even went above and beyond and offered to split the cost of the repair with me. I have found him and his techs to be extremely competent, friendly and accommodating and I look forward to using him for my service needs on this vehicle going forward.
